Office Space at 10 Hudson Yards

10 Hudson Yards is a key development in the revitalization of Manhattan’s West Side and was the first building to be developed by Related in Hudson Yards, setting a new standard for modern urban neighborhoods. As the first commercial office building in New York to earn LEED v2009 Platinum certification, it features a forward-thinking design with adaptable infrastructure and smart technology, allowing for flexible tenant build-outs.

Positioned at the corner of 30th Street and 10th Avenue, the 1.8 million-square-foot tower reaches 895 feet in height and was crafted by the globally recognized firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). With unobstructed floor plates, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping views of both the city and the Hudson River, the building is tailored to meet the demands of today’s dynamic, high-density workspaces.
